How was your November 2024?

Recommended Posts

My images are stacked up in the bargain basement isles so despite my second highest ever total for a month being 22 sales they only achieved $161 I'm afraid. Alamy and the buyers are smiling all the way to the bank.

15 for $182 gross. Slight better than the last 2 months. But still poor for both licenses and fees, hoping this is not my new average.

Zooms picked up with Measures being fixed, 25 zooms for CTR 0.58. Had some interesting zooms, including a bunch for Pompeii, hopefully going to license some.

Of 15 licenses, 4 were outdoors, the rest were taken at home. Makes me wonder why I bother with outdoor shots (although the fees are generally higher). 🙈

32 sales for $450 gross/$179 net, plus an infringement fee of $53 net.

A below average month, especially for fees. My highest was for $75, a welcome US license which came in yesterday.

Only 1 at $1-46 cents dropped of the cliff Never had reasonable prices for such a long time Waste of time

Not sure what to suggest Alexander , from my own experience when I felt some months were underperforming, I did two things, firstly looked for gaps in the Alamy portfolio and shot those that were local to me, and also went through my images in batches of 100 to add/improve keywords etc

Just a thought, Martin

Will be going through the portfolio again slowly and been out locally recently and got a few shots to upload Have got a few holidays planned for next year abroad(still to book)

I'm just glad I've got money behind me that I don't have to completely rely on this yet

2 for $15.56 gross. That's 2 months on the trot with below average number of sales. CTR has come alive again though. After 2 months of bouncing along near the bottom line I finished this month on 9.5. Hopefully this is a harbinger of better sales to come next month.

37 for $370 gross. No $$$ this month but it’s looking as if December might equal, or even surpass, revenue and sales from the previous year. Fingers crossed but not counting chickens, yet.

Lowest number of monthly sales for 2024 and second lowest gross.  11 sales for $238 gross.  Zooms showing some improvement at 28 for 0.72 CTR*.  Looking for better for December.

*Sad that I am, I keep a Lightbox of all my zooms since I started with Alamy in 2014.  It's primarily for reverse image searches but it now contains 3000+ images.  Pleased with that level of interest.
