Forum feed now showing who newly follows whom/what (without being loggged in)

Hi,

I've changed no settings, yet the Forum 'Show All Activity' tab now shows me notifications not just on new topics or posts as it used to, but it now shows me new joiners (fair enough, though I do not need that info, personally) and more importantly, it shows me notifications on 'user x now follows user y'. I definitely did not receive the latter before. More importantly, it shows that information whilst not even being logged into the forum. 

 

I don't really follow users here at all, so it may not personally affect me, but I would have thought that this sort of information flagging up on a freely accessible feed whilst not being logged in is questionable? Has Elon taken over the Forum or is this just a temporary glitch? Thoughts?
