Bryan
Just looked at my stats for yesterday, no zooms, nothing unusual there, but no zooms at all for anyone recorded out of 296 views. Not thought about this before, maybe previously discussed ? Edited September 19 by Bryan
Avpics
When zooms are/seem to be working correctly my rolling total zooms is around 100. It's currently 57. I don't believe that part of the system has been fully serviceable for a very long time.
Tony ALS
I posted about this some time ago. The difference between looking at an image and zooming is minimal on a typical monitor which I guess many people use to look. I suspect that zooms are an out of date method of measuring the popularity of images as my stats show that many licensed images are not zoomed. I am getting a couple of hundred views a day recently so that part of the system appears to be working but zooms are very infrequent for me. Just my thoughts and I may be wrong compared to others experience.
Harry Harrison
Probably not relevant but the 'new' screen that is is available to unregistered users (which shows the experimental pricing) has no 'enlarge' button. However clicking on any part of the image or even the new grey sidebars to the sides will enlarge it. That is also true of the standard screen with the 'Enlarge' button though there are no grey sidebars. Robert M Estall
zooms are a bit like warm little messages, but don't mean a whole lot these days perhaps. I have quite a lot of images of ancient sites which have very restricted access these days so when I see any of those zoomed, I reckon chances of a coming sale pretty good. Not bankable though! Sultanpepa
Zooms are recorded from a group of regular buyers. If one or two of these buyers stop buying from Alamy do Alamy remember to select others to monitor or does the list dwindle?

IKuzmin
I think Measures are down again. Sent the message below to Alamy yesterday, and today already received a response from Chantelle saying that there are no other reports on the same besides mine, and a suggestion to check whether it disappears by the end of next week (which is not fair in my mind as next week will be already a new month): "My "Sales History" and "Download History Report" show 6 sales during this month but "Alamy Measures" shows only 2 most recent ones. I cannot control views and zooms in the same way but if one department is down, other may be too, thinks me. Please, correct." People, please, check your data on sales, I would be surprised if I am the only person affected. Thanks. Edited September 20 by IKuzmin

So it’s really not working for me. Incidentally, I haven’t recorded a zoom or sale for the whole month. I realize I’ve been concentrating on my painting rather than uploads lately, but I did well last month. I’d think there would be a little stir of life in September. Doc
Views and sales may be working, but Zooms are definitely not being recorded in the last few days; not for me, and not for anyone else for the same search terms used as my images have been involved in. M.Chapman
Zooms still not being recorded? I’ve not had any since 16th Sept. Mark
David eastley
no zooms being recorded means CTR crashes and I thought that CTR was a key factor in the order in which images are presented to buyers. My zooms are negligible, and sales are rubbish . Are they linked ??

Very few zooms and what sales I have are hardly worth the effort in reporting. I wonder if this has anything to do with the recent restructuring at PAlamy? Tony ALS
A zoom has appeared so CTR has marginally improved. Best month for sales since starting with Alamy but revenue is way down. Haven't reached revenue total for 2021 yet with 2 1/2 times more sales🤦🏼♂️
Doc
I have zooms recorded on todays’ measures for yesterday, and also zooms are now recorded for Monday. Hopefully they will catch up with other missing days! (Edit); As of midday no further zooms added for 18th Sept onwards till 22nd Sept. AoA measures also showing the same. And none today either. aphperspective
Just under 2000 views only 2 zooms but 11 licences for the month. Very odd.
Alex Ramsay
Something over 5000 views and 42 zooms this month - seems about normal to me, though sales on the low side Alex

No reply yet Steve. Zooms seem to be back to normal now but there's still an anomaly between the 18th and 20th September (inc) when only a tiny number of zooms on 'All of Alamy' were recorded compared to normal. Like 30 odd zooms on each day for all contributors combined which can't be right. Way down on normal figures. 1
