Sale not reported in my earnings overview

Hello. I received a google alert to an image of mine published two weeks ago on the internet. The credit is correct with my name/Alamy. There is no record of the sale on my dashboard. 

Question 1: Is there any usage for which images are not licensed for payment? This case was a publication on the internet. so not a personal use. 

Question 2: I have sent two emails over the past 10 days to contributor relations support (contributorrelations@alamy.com) with no reply. Is that others' experience? Are they a dead end for help?

Some of Alamy's Customers are allowed to self report...They take as long as they can get away with.
