Sales and real earnings

LorenzoPUD

Question

Hello!

Since I became an Alamy contributor, a lot of things has changed. One of these is how much the contributor ears from his sales.

 I refer to the fact that the amount of money one contributor can read on his "Recent sales" column is not the same that he actually earns.

Could anyone reminds me which is the actual ratio of each "recent sale" that the contributor  gain?

Thank you

Kind regads,

Lorenzo

Depends on your commission level. Up to $250/year gross, your net is 20% of direct sales, over $250, 40%.

Distributor sales take 40% and you get 20% or 40% of the remainder, so 12 or 24% of gross.

You may also have affiliate fees. Deductions are itemised in your balance of account.

look at the far right column in this link to see your share of each license;
note that at start of each new month you must change name of month in URL;
