Hello,

if someone downloaded an image with a library caption Dogs in mud, played around with it for a while, then came back and said 'right let's have it,' downloaded it and paid for it and got the image licence - but the image licence information said 'Cats in mud' because in fact it depicts cats, how could that possibly arise?

There is a common search term viz mud. There are very few images of cats or dogs in mud. How do you know whether the dog search is connected with the cat sale. The balance of probability is that they are not connected.

The bottom line is that you made a sale so celebrate and don't worry about it.

Brilliant performance considering you don't appear to have any images with Alamy!
