Michael, this is a Marine Algae, Turbinaria ornata. A brown tropical algae found on coral reef ecosystems. Most of them are quite small, this one was around 30cm high. Guess not too many bother to shoot such a drab looking thing! Looks a bit like undersea corn chips!

Oh, Gen, how amazing! Is the bird using a rock to break the egg? I would think a sharp beak pounding would do it. Extraordinary catch on your part. The thing I have learned shooting birds is a close-up look of their behavior.

Sorry Betty, I have minimal Internet and never saw your comment. Unfortunately, I can't bask in glory, it was an easy shot taken at a bird show. You can see the buzzard's leather straps. This bird naturally uses a stone to break emu eggs which are that colour. This absolutely brilliant place in Australia Red Centre hides a treat in the middle of a fake egg for the demo. Most impressive. We went twice.

Yep, not even that way.  That is the method I've been using since I learned Jill's way to do it.

Have you tried doing it from the Image Manager? I used to enlarge the image and right-click to get the menu for copy image address. If I wanted the biggest size I'd change zooms to comp.
