Tineye and Google reverse image search are your friends, but, you also do need to try to find the image from probable keywords. Amongst the most difficult to find are possibly flower photos, where often only a small crop is used and there are many possibilities, or shots of famous politicians when live news shots comprising numerous similar images can sometimes be found.
