It says "Multiple editorial use only", yet I had one from the same location - same building! (Gwalia Stores at St Fagans National Museum of History, Cardiff, Wales, GB, UK) - specifically for a magazine just a few days ago. The publisher seems to operate on a pay per use basis, so two uses within the same magazine in a month will attract two seperate payments.
