I wonder why websites like CT don't purchase a microstock subscription rather than shopping here. It's not like there's a shortage of the types of images that they are looking for at the micros.

I don't know. Perhaps historical associations; customer service; maybe the deal they have includes Alamy doing the searching for them?  Could be lots of reasons.

Yes, who knows. These depressing prices aren't exactly what I had in mind when I started contributing to Alamy.

Not a good April at all, in fact not a good 2020 as both other sites that I use, are handsomely beating Alamy hands down this year. I appear to have entered a deep Black Hole with Alamy for reasons unknown, so am concentrating my effort on those other sites that actually make sales these days.
