This is pano of very iconic place -- Annapurna Sanctuary, or Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) in Nepal Himalaya Mountains,  I visited in second half of December '19

After brutally cold night in one of these lodges center right --- it must have been -20 Celsius at least -- I got up at crack of dawn for fabled sunrise.  This is view back down the valley I hiked in the day before; prominent peak in center is unclimbed Mt. Machhapuchhre (Fish Tail,  6993m) -- rumored to be residence of Lord Shiva, and thus off limits to people  Further to the left are:   Annapurna III (7555m)  and Mt. Ganggapurna (7455m).

It was one of these days in my life I will remember for a long as I am alive
