Hello, Apologies all, I have only just discovered this thread so excuse my ignorance - can someone point me to some instructions on how to participate in this thread? I have seen that I have several images over the last couple of years that have not been reported except in this forum. If we identify images, do we just post them here or do we also need to report them to Alamy?

Thanks in advance.

Christine

The forum is just for interaction between contributors, although Alamy do sometimes pop by. If you've seen your images used but not reported as sales then you'll need to email contributor relations.

But don't email Alamy right away, Christine. Clients don't always pay 'on publication'; they may settle up weeks - even months - later...

@Christine Wehrmeier I had an email conversation recently with the Alamy team and been asked to wait until 3 months from the picture published date to report it as unauthorised use. Currently waiting for three images to be reported as sale (One in UK - Financial Times, Two used in multiple sites and possibly distributor sales)
