Recently I've noticed that the QC approval email is arriving several days after the images have passed - slightly confusing because it sometimes arrives immediately after a new submission, which of course has not yet been passed. Anyone else have this problem?

Here too...

In the past few days "Confirmation emails regarding QC passed" and "QC process" itself are not in sync. My way of verifying QC results is to enter AIM from time to time.

Here too. Images were super-tagged and on sale before I received the passed QC e-mail.

No email received, but my last submission is listed as "Images: 40  Passed: 40" but I can't access them and it says "Image in QC" over each image! Hopefully someone at Alamy will press the button to move them on - maybe even generating an email notification!

I just submitted 3 pictures and have the same problem. They state 3 passed but 'image in QC' over the top. How long did it take to get them moved on to be key worded ?

I think it cleared within a few hours, possibly with updates that happen the next morning. So I didn't follow it up any more.

The best thing is probably to contact Alamy.
