First time this has happened

Recommended Posts

I just checked in "track submissions" and it says my last two submissions have passed QC.

I click on "manage your images" and the box comes up saying "you have no not ready images"

I have not had the email yet to confirm that they have passed but very strange

Uploaded two images last night via the Reportage/Archival route. One arrived in Manage Images immediately and soon after I received email confirmation that my images were ready to be keyworded. The second image is still pending.

Update: Second image seems to have come through.. only about 24 hours after the first one.

Hello everyone,

I see indeed that it is still not solved. The update of views, zooms and sales happened but nothing with the images. Does someone allready asked alamy and get answer?

Same has happend to me : Passed QC and zero not ready so I gues it is a glitch and I'll just have to wait.

Also an image listed as sold vanished when I checked a second time.......

I contacted MS today and just got this reply

"Looks like there’s been a bit of an issue with our database over the weekend and the images are stuck between QC and Manage Images. Our engineers are currently giving the images a poke with a stick so they’ll hopefully be ready for keywording soon.

If you still can’t see them tomorrow then please give us a poke with a stick."

So they are working on it.
