corentin 0 Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Hello, Normally by clicking on a tumbnail, a window is opened displaying the image data (size, price,...) and a larger image is displayed. In my case, the opened window displays the image data (size, price,...) but the larger image is only a grey frame with the sentence "Sorry, we didn't receive any image", while these images passed the QC test and have the status ready. Anyone already got this problem ? any idea to solve it ? regards Link to post Share on other sites

Stephen Haunts 4 Posted September 17, 2013 Share Posted September 17, 2013 Just email member services and tell the the image id or the media ref id from the batch (you can get this from the track submissions page).
