disappearing Images disappeared just after upload
aNIRBAN posted a question in Community support: ask the forum
Hi , I am a newbie here, Uploaded three images with required technicalities like image size and open camera meta data for initial quality check. Uploaded via web interface yesterday. It was uploaded from my system and shown processing in The IMAGE MANAGER tab of Alamy. But to my utter surprise now the Image manager is showing 0 images uploaded, I am really not understanding where is the dispute! its okay if my image fail or pass , that is the matter of quality. But why is a image deleted without any information. anyone kindly help.support is email is not responding. p.s. no duplicate image or below 17 MB image was uploaded -
I uploaded my images in mid April and since then I have done few more uploads but none (65) images have been through QC. This seems to be very long delay in QC approval process compared to other stock photo sites. Not sure if they are under staffed or have. Is a different criteria but over 2 month lag is way off industry standards. Is anyone else facing similar situation or is it just me? Any insight will be helpful in deciding if it is worth waiting or move my photos elsewhere.

I can't help but notice that after my images have passed QC they are in what seems to be in the image manager in a mostly random sequence . On occasion some images that go together are grouped together, but others are split apart. The pictures do not seem to be sorted by date/time or even by filename as far as I can tell - I suspect it's fixed by upload timing. This is an issue of some significance as I am typically uploading around 50 or so pictures at a time, often of differning shot dates and subjects. They should be grouped to speed up work flow but I have to jump about trying to locate them. It's not very efficient. Would it be possible to sort by date shot? Or to have the facility to sort by date or filename in the image manager?
