A big thanks to Alamy for getting the payments out to contributors bang on time today. My wife is a finance manager and is still struggling at home with her staff's salaries on a borrowed laptop, so I can imagine that if Alamy's staff had to deal with similar circumstances, they would really have been up against it. Hello everyone, Am I missing something , because looking at this it looks that I am really bad in math.... I was paid for my sells in feb. Last Paid was: February 11th Still I had a sale 28 February + March I asked alamy what happened with my payment . Here is the answer. You have made sales in March, but we can only pay you when these sales clear and your cleared balance is over $50.. What I don't understand is that when I look at sales, I think there is more than €50 (50 dollars/ 44€) So can anybody tell me if am going crazy here or if I am really miss understanding the way Alamy pays. thanks a lot for your feedback f 28 February 2019 €125.00 alamy commission 50% Debits €62.50 01 March 2019 € 54.55 alamy commission 50% Debits €27.27 01 March 2019 € 26.85 alamy commission 50 % Debits €13.47 18 March 2019 € 250.00 alamy commission 50% Debits €125.00 25 March 2019 € 7.62 alamy commission 30% Debits €2.29 Distributeur commission € 3.05
Hi all, Just wondered if anyone out there has experienced a similar issue - Had a payment in December without issue. No changes to E-mail address. Next payment gets "returned by Paypal" (although they assure me if the E-mail address is correct it will be credited). Contacted Alamy Finance Team, have had payment resissued plus whats due this month - again not received. Waiting to hear from Alamy finance. Just wondering if anyone had seen a similar situation and may have any advice please? There's little to change in payment details (it's just "Paypal") so struggling to see the issue. Happily using my Paypal account for other transactions. Thanks in advance. TobyH
Ainara posted a topic in Stock photography discussion and contributor experienceHello everyone, I'm searching in the forum about my question but I don't find nothing about it, so here I go. I would like to ask you how you declare your Alamy revenues. I mean, when I contacted to Alamy to ask about their fiscal data, they said me that they don't process invoices from contributors. So, how can I declare these payments? In Spain, the freelance photographers, we need to declare our revenues with bills (I think in other countries too, but I don't know). Thank you in advance
