  1. Is it just me or are the Captchas on the Alamy site and 'here' becoming increasingly more and more time consuming? They are not quite at a level where they are becoming annoying (I do understand they are needed) but have they not started to become a little too time consuming?

  3. I am having issues logging in on safari .. I have cleared the history and cookies. I have cleared the saved passwords. I can log in fine using fir fox so I KNOW the password and user name is correct. It is just safari … It just jumps back to log-in screen. No errors. no wrong password. No "my alamy" menu.... Any ideas would be grateful…
  4. im unable to login to my account using safari browser. after captcha photo selection, i keep getting looped back to login screen. i downloaded firefox and no problem there however, i dont care to continue using firefox as my browser. can someone tell me whats going on and how to correct this? thanks
  5. Now the fix doesn't work. I barely, I mean barely, managed to sign in to the forum on my iPad. That's after selecting captcha pictures about....oh, 12-13 times. Re-entering my password over..and...over...and just getting the same login boxes over...and.... Let's put it this way...20-30 minutes and no joy. The forum is the only thing that finally worked. The previous fix that used to work, doesn't. I deleted Alamy.com from my history and that worked before, but didn't this time. I finally cleared ALL history and managed to access the forum after another 5-6 times of auto/bridge choices, but not my dashboard. I even rebooted the iPad. Nada. This is getting so disgusting that it pretty much ruins Alamy for me. Whew! Now I feel better. Maybe..... Enough to make me relapse after my loooong illness. I'm only just now beginning to feel human again after 3 weeks. Taking and processing images is but a dim memory. But then, who knows if I can access the site to upload when I do. Betty
  6. Since about the last week the Alamy stock login page no longer remembers my login Email. It defaults to another address I've never associated with Alamy. Seems like some interaction with Google Chrome and Chromes autofill mechanism. Please review various address retention with Chrome and the Alamy Login.
  7. For the past few days I have not been able to login to My Alamy using the Chrome browser. IE works and I have managed to get onto these forums using Chrome but not into My Alamy. Is it just me?
  8. Morning Folks, I seem to need to log in to the MAIN ALAMY SITE each morning at present whereas the FORUM retains the log in signature. As far as I can see there isn't a way to stay logged in to the Home Page now. It was the other way around until last week. Kathy deWitt
