  1. Hi all, Hope you had a decent and healthy start to the new year - and 2021 will be huge improvement over the one just gone! I have been with Alamy since around 15 years, and despite a constant fall in commission, have so far stayed with them. In the last ten years on teh 1300 images I have up here, I made a average sale of just under 5 a year. Obviously nothing to make a living of. Most of my images are from China and editiorial.   2. I created my Alamy profile a few days ago and passed the QC with the first set of 3 images. I then added the tags, super tags and optional content along with caption, all three images turned green "on sale". I gave it 2-3 days after adding all the metadata and then made searches on the platform to see if my pictures are appearing in the search. Even with super tags that are also a part of my caption, I do not see any of my 3 pictures appearing on search.   3. I am a 18 year old hobbyist photographer from India. I am new to Alamy & still in a process of building my Alamy profile to make sales. I have read all of Alamy's rules & regulations before coming here but still have a doubt if I am really doing things the right way. I would be glad if some professional photographers with experience in stock photography would just check out my photos & point out the mistakes (if any) in keywording or other departments.
