Kathy deWitt posted a topic in Alamy Quality Control and technical talkMy dashboard doesn't display correctly this morning...the graph has slipped down to obscure other information and tabs leaving a large white space where it should be. I have cleared my browser and it is still the same. Anyone else see this? I have notified firstname.lastname@example.org. Kathy
jcampo posted a topic in Alamy Quality Control and technical talkHi everyone, I constantly check my images (vectors), as one of them show it is "on sale", while the others don't on Alamy Image Manager. Yet, they all passed the quality control process, and show a "green bar", which has a status of "good discoverability", so I assume they are all on sale with good discoverablity. Still, I am a little concerned, about my dashboard displaying all of pictures in "poor discoverability" status. Since I just recently uploaded them two days ago, I will wait at least one more day to see if it changes. Next, I don't know if it is just that it does not load or something else. Please share your thoughts or knowledge, I will appreciate it, thanks.
Greetings, Hi everyone... Was checking as time pass, that which of my photo are being used and where, and found ONE getting published in a newspaper article on 09 April 2019. To my great surprise, the said sale was not updated on the My Alamy dashboard. I checked the Alamy FAQ as well and they have said that they update the sales in dashboard as it happens, whereas cleared balance gets updated later on. The newspaper in the photo captions has given the credit also as wassup6730/Alamy wassup6730 is my username. Anyone else has experienced the same. I am new to Alamy and this would be my second sale. Got one sale earlier this January. That one was downloaded in January and was updated in Dashboard as the sale happened. Please guide and help. Thanks for help.
Where can I find, in my dashboard or elsewhere on the site, the email address that I registered with Alamy so that they can send my payments via PayPal? PP needs a mail address to send the payment. Alamy say they sent a payment but I see no record of it at my PayPal account..... just wishing to ensure that I haven't made a cockup. Cheers
