  1. Hi all how to put the caption on a photo editioral? should it put the date of shooting or not? city and country first or last? what is the correct wording ?? thanks a lot for your help
  2. Hi all, Here's a strange thing that maybe someone else will have come across. Normally for copy and paste I would use CMD + C and CMD + V on my Mac However, in the "Caption" field of AIM, if I want to copy the caption, or even part of it, and paste to another image, I have to right click and then select "copy" from the dropdown. CMD + C doesn't work. In the image where I wasn't to paste it I can go CMD +V and it will paste it in OK Is CMD + C not working for anyone else in the "caption" field?
  3. Im sure this has been covered but i can't really find an answer quickly. If I'm uploading a few pictures that are similar is there any way I can copy and paste my tags onto more than one photo at a time?
  4. Hi, I am slowly trying to do some live news images, and currently working on streamlining the workflow to be able to submit within minutes of taking an image. As such, I would like to understand what is the difference between the Caption and Headline, so that I do not repeat the information where not needed. Also, do you keyword news images, or caption/headline only? Thank you
  5. Hey everyone! I've been with Alamy for almost two months and have learnt a fair bit so far. Would like your feedback on my images so far and room for improvement. Cheers Hai
  6. Does this really help in your experience? Is this allowed? I could write in Italian, german and english. Google might help with other languages if they were relevant. Would I see any raise in sales using all of them, if not for all, at least for the most meaningful words?
  7. I'm not sure how this got captioned as being in Illinois. I wish it looked like this.
  8. Hi all, I'm returning to Stockimo after a break of a few months and seem to be stuck. I'm attempting to upload an image from my iPhone 4S library. The Stockimo app recognises the image, uploads it[?] and I'm presented with the caption and tag buttons. From that point on nothing, nada, zilch, bugger all. I can't add any text anywhere. I've reset the phone, logged in and out of Stockimo, waited for five minutes [just in case it's a background thing] but no joy. If I choose next, I get the warning that I haven't added a caption or any tags! Anyone else have the same experience of can suggest a solution please? Cheers Steve H
  9. When I started with Alamy I was new to stock photography and foolishly uploaded and added captions, locations, tags and other attributes in Manage Images for many of my images. Is there anyway to download a spreadsheet with all this information so I can more easily add them back to my images in Lightroom?
