Dear All, I currently have one star out of three as a QC rating. This is disgraceful, I let things worsen because I was busy with other projects and work and now I have to wait like 15 days every time Alamy reject a batch. I really regret let things rot this way, but this system is really punitive. After all I have over 5000 images uploaded and I am a valuable member of this community... Do you know what I have to do to improve my QC rating issue? Can I ask Alamy to have me start from scratch or something? Thanks for any reply!

Hi, I am a contributor at Alamy and I have a question about my account. I recently started shooting in the studio with models and I want to upload this photos (with Model Releases). Since my current account is comprised mainly from landscape photos, should I create a new account for people photos? If I upload people photos to this account will it affect my sales potential in any way ? Thanks !

Alamy dropped my balance for 57% (cutting down to charity without my knowledge). I did not get any email notice about time deadline regarding to their possible reduction of my account balance – using their contract article under 12.xx. My balance was 212 USD, before cutting it to 89USD . Am I am case for getting or giving charity. I want Alamy to refund it or use donating something like 10% not 57% cutting down by free will. Its gray zone, did any members get similar experience? Be aware.
