Hi everybody, Is there a way to download photographs I uploaded to Alamy ? I didn't see that on the dashbaord. The reason is I lost some of them on a hard drive (accidentally formated) and the only way to recover them would be dowload the ones I sent to Alamy. I also asked Alamy by e-mail but didn't have an answer yet… So I hope It is possible. Thanks.

I am trying to reply to those helping me with downloading CSV but every time I log in to the Forum and go to the topic I am logged out so I am reporting here that I have managed to download the file and open it in Excel so I will send this, even though it looks a bit weird. Thanks to those replying. Kathy

Sales are happening once in a while in months. How can I increase it ? I categorized the photos into albums, but the most I got was just views.

I'm just a Newbie to Alamy so still learning about this site. I have been getting a few click through's but of course it's too early to expect any downloads yet. But I was wondering how many click through's you get compared to the number of downloads you get? (That would be the number of click through's per download.) I would think this number is probably quite variable depending on the type of portfolio you have. Anybody willing to share that info?

When I started with Alamy I was new to stock photography and foolishly uploaded and added captions, locations, tags and other attributes in Manage Images for many of my images. Is there anyway to download a spreadsheet with all this information so I can more easily add them back to my images in Lightroom?

Just before I ask MS to provide this, there doesn't appear to be an option to download sales (either all or some) into a spreadsheet - just as you can with Pseudo Summery that appears in another format. But it would be helpful as I want to compare/analyse sales trends from my other agency. Thanks, Richard.
