Does my Pentax Q7 have what it takes?
DougLoud posted a question in Community support: ask the forum
Hello everyone. I just recently got started on Alamy and was wondering: do you think my Pentax Q7 has what it takes to meet Alalmy's quality criteria? I have taken plenty of pictures which I believe were great until I tried submitting them and having them rejected with a message that said "Sorry, but this camera doesn't produce images of high enough quality for our requirements". I have seen an amazing photographer whose work I like a lot; his name is Mark Phillips and has the same vibe that I wish I could express with my pictures. Anyways, I thought maybe it was a mat -
Hello, everyone. I'm a beginner at all this--professional photography, that is. I've been taking photos for a very long time, though, and hope my hobby can finally earn me some spare cash. I've been searching through the FAQS to find an answer for an important question, but haven't yet seen anything about this. What about photos digitized from film? There won't be any EXIF data for them; I can manually put in some, but it will be approximate in many cases. Can I do this?

Hello, I'm picking up photography as a hobby since I enjoy taking high quality pictures. I know my pictures aren't the best since I don't use fancy equipment and I have limited knowledge, but any advice is welcome!

Whats up everyone! I have been running through my photography and realized I have over 20,000 photos offline. And in my completely unbiased viewpoint, some of them seem to be worth selling. I have pulled up a site that walked through the top 10 sites to use for this type and Alamy came up high in the rankings. Heres the thing, I have very little idea what I am doing. I learn fast though and I don't want to waste a ton of time. Is there a top tricks and tips forum to help me get started on this process of getting my pictures past Quality? Also, edi

Hey everyone, I'm new to Alamy and have about 45 images available for sale as of today. I joined alamy about 4 weeks ago but have not had any zooms much less sales. Most of my photos are related to travel. I'm stuck in a rut and need some advice from the vets here at Alamy. Any advice on quality of photos, marketability, etc. are greatly appreciated. Stock photography by Kelley Stanley at Alamy Thanks! Kelley Stanley
