  1. I got my dashboard back about 2 days ago. Managed to upload a total of 109 images, but I am still waiting for them to be reviewed. I am using Safari on a MacBook Pro and I did clear my cache. But if you have cleared your cookies and cache then maybe the server that your account resides on has not been restored yet. This is only speculation but with the millions of images on this site I suppose it is possible that the accounts and images are stored in groups on separate servers. If that is the case then perhaps the server your account resides on has not been restored yet. Again this is just speculation because I don't know how Alamy stores the data.
  2. Managed to upload 20 images. Now the question is how long the review will take. Normally it took about 2 to 5 days. Hopefully it won't be much longer than that.
  3. I finally got my dashboard back. I will try to upload some images today. Hopefully they have that part of the system fixed as well.
  4. That was one of the first things I tried when I noticed the problem. Did not work.
  5. Hello everybody. I am new to this forum but not new to Alamy. I was originally with Alamy as far back as 2003, but left in 2012 due to lagging sales. Last year I decided to try Alamy again. The reason I decided to come back is because Alamy does not decide what kind of content to display, it only judges the technical quality of the images. Some of the other agencies I deal with, such as ShutterStock and Adobe Stock, are getting more and more picky on what types of images they want in their collections and they are getting stricter with model and property release requirements. I mostly photograph nature and landscape, but I also photograph abandoned places and ghost towns. The other stock agencies are requiring property releases for abandoned buildings, even if they are on public land. Arguing with these other agencies is a waste of time for me so if my content gets rejected at other sites I will simply upload it here to Alamy. That way there is a chance I can still make money on those types of images. Anyway, I don't know how often I will post in the forum, but I will keep an eye on it for anything interesting.
  6. I hope everything was backed up because I don't want to have to re-upload files that had already been approved recently.
