That's me with my dad at an early Battle of Britain airshow at Biggin Hill.
As the son of an avid amateur photographer it was natural that I would pick up the bug, particularly as it lent itself to supporting my other hobby - an aircraft enthusiast. From my early days, therefore, my library, such as it is, consists of aviation orientated subjects. It hasn't been exclusive and my interests and artist bent guided other subjects. The advent of digital took me from my Olympus OM-1n etc to a Nikon filled camera bag. Nowadays I am shooting with a D750, having worked through my intro D70 and a couple of D300s, plus plenty of lenses. So, 40+ years of photography but still not an expert!
