  1. One of mine 13/11/2013, UK, Telegraph, new build homes, D5J9T4 , Robert Convery http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/constructionandproperty/10446666/Barratt-sales-lifted-by-Help-to-Buy.html
  2. The story has made the BBC site. I hope you get paid for the words as well as the picture. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-mid-wales-24801060
  3. One of mine in the Daily Telegraph. BH36AN Co-op Bank Since it is used by two authors will I get two payments? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/borrowing/mortgages/10393469/Co-op-to-repay-mortgage-customers-after-charging-error.html By Nicole Blackmore http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/investing/bonds/10393420/Co-op-bond-announcement-what-does-it-mean-for-investors.html By Richard Evans
  4. I think it is BAEJY3 Colin Underhill not mine. Still Worcester not Wolverhampton.
  5. I finished in the red for the month, which is the first time that has ever happened. I had a $180 refund from a sale the previous month, then 5 sales for $140 gross this month.
  6. Thanks for finding one of mine above. B64W6M - Terry Harris Nationwide Bank http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/investing/10298768/Nationwide-bondholders-warned-over-sale-fallout.html
  7. Here are my three: Lying down. Sitting down. Taking it easy, waiting for the bridge to lower.
  8. I had a record number of sales, but none over $100. My sales this month were all nu or newspapers, with just two magazines slightly higher, average just $16 gross. Although the Huff Post sales weren't generous, they would have lifted my average for July. I do think Alamy should turn down deals if the customer demands too big a discount, as at current prices I'm losing money when you look at the cost of running a car.
  9. Just seen one from the news feed on the front page of the Telegraph when BBC News24 reviewed the papers. DARCJH Graham M. Lawrence
  10. You've too many similar images, which will kill your rank. Transport is a good theme, with buses and trains. I haven't sold any images of statues or sculptures.
  11. I'm not quite $1/image/year, around 0.80 net, but I think it is a reasonable target. I should probably delete a couple of hundred images, if only I knew which ones are going to sell.
  12. It was great to hear some good news about the American office, it is easy to think it's all doom & gloom in the stock industry. It was disappointing that Alamy isn't going to make changes to unreported uses. How many images get used that the photographer never sees? Alamy could automatically check 3 months after a customer downloads an image to see if it was used.
  13. My images that went live this morning are fine. Still seeing blank thumbnails for those people reporting problems. Rob.
  14. I had a good month. 10 sales for $420 gross Only had one sale over $100 and three to the Daily Mail at the opposite end. Nothing in the first week or the last week, all the sales were bunched in the middle. Maybe the Bank Holidays slow sales and next month will be better.
  15. Wow I'm only a couple of rows behind Chris Rout. I think this is my best ever rank.
  16. I'm thinking of getting a smaller camera, so I will follow this thread. Cheers, Rob.
