  1. I posted a post on this subject earlier today but can't find it now so I'm starting a new one, sorry. Basically using IM, my uploads were stalling all the time. The circling thingy never stopping. In a small batch one or two might make it then it stalls. Doing it one at a time often stalls. So I tried FTP using Filezilla. Got a couple in OK but when I returned to add another the \stock folder was empty and I couldn't drag any images into it like before. So FTP is flaky too. I can see that managing many hundreds of uploads from across the world demands a lot of resources at Alamy's end, but this can't be news to them! Anyone else having these problems and can Alamy comment please?
  2. Now it is the end of September and I find almost all my uploads stalling, whether in batches or singly via Image Management. The spinner just spins for ever. It isn't a software bug at their end as it's inconsistent amongst us users but a server issue I'm sure. Cost cutting probably. I've not tried ftp yet. Has anyone succeeded with ftp please? I'll use Filezilla and try. Alamy clearly don't read their own Forum as they don't reply. It is this that p*sses us off as much as anything. LOL.
