  1. It seems like a year ago, all of the sudden Alamy was automatically listing the date taken of a photo, on the optional page of the image manager. That was really great! Now, suddenly again, it seems to have stopped doing that. Any insight into this phenomenon? I really miss that function! Thanks!
  2. Hi, I've figured out how to create a profile ID and make a link for my portfolio, but I don't understand how to make a link for a gallery. Can anyone explain? Thank you!
  3. Hi, I haven't seen this question addressed yet--if I missed it, sorry in advance! On the main gallery of the portfolio page, mine includes several photos that have long since been deleted. I don't see a way to get rid of them. They are deleted on my image manager. Does anyone else have this issue, and/or know how to deal with it?
  4. Hi, I'm a relatively new contributor and thought I'd say hello! The forum has been very helpful for trying to figure this process out, so thanks so much to the regulars here! I haven't made any sales yet, and am just trying to pick away at downloading and keywording. Feel free to give me some feedback--and if there are any contributors who are located in Asheville, I would love to get together with you sometime and trade notes! Have a great day, Gloria
  5. Thanks so much for this thread--I've been wondering how to get in there and see which photos people were looking at! (They aren't looking at many, unfortunately!)
  6. Jill, I tried the ftp and I thought it went well, but I noticed that it said the amount of images I downloaded today was zero, so perhaps not! I'll try again tomorrow. Paulette, what wonderful images of Africa you have! I just get to go to the nature center here in Asheville, NC. Thanks for the help, you guys! I appreciate it. Gloria
  7. Hi, I was accepted to Alamy in December, but then school started and I had to attend to that. Now I'm back again, and I have found that almost everything has been changed in my absence. I have many concerns: my keywords seem to be all jumbled up and incorrect; and most of my pics are now rated "poor visibility," yet I can't figure what is different between them and the ones that are considered to have adequate visibility. I felt so frustrated that I felt as if I couldn't comprehend any of the instructions provided, so I decided that I would do something simple and just start downloadin
