  1. Brilliant thank you both for your help. It works by renaming the Alamy Reference in Lightroom. I thought I had tried that before but had export set to ignore. I have now set to merge and it works. Only have 45 so not too much work
  2. Hi I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere. I have a number of files that aren't matching between Lightroom and Alamy through Lightroom bridge. I can see the cause but not the solution. The files in question have all failed QC and then been resubmitted and passed. With both submissions my file name remained the same however Alamy allocated a different reference for them both. Alamy Bridge is matching with the failed version and subsequently is not bringing across any data and tags etc and marking them as not on sale. I have read the manual and tried many combinations of options in the export function but cant seem to find a way to force Lightroom bridge to match the file name with the passed Alamy reference and not the failed on. Has anyone come across this and any thoughts of the best solution? Many thanks
  3. Thank you for your help and answers. I will look into Lightroom as beyone Alamy I am looking for a more organised way to see my images on PC. One more question, the plugin discussed here allows tag's, does it include any othre Alamy fields such as location, number or people etc?
  4. This sounds exactly what I need but I don't have Lightroom but I do have Photoshop. Does anyone know of any alternatives to this, I am particularly interested in tagging/keywording offline and syncing to Alamy when connected. If not then you would recommend I get Lightroom to do this? Many thanks
  5. Snap, I have this too Just in the middle of a long process of optimizing tags on an almost daily basis and discovered 2 things yesterday 1. The new cross, in fact I could not do anything to get the thumbs to delete tags or create supertags only the cross wherever I put the mouse. This was in Firefox. Switched to Chrome and problem solved. 2. All the photos I have optimized since the cross arrived show as optimized (around 6) and are saved. If I refresh screen or unselect and the reselect optimized they revert back to not optimized. Originally I thought it was a time thing but 24 hours later the same and I have to delete a tag and the recreate it to become optimized again but it still doesn't stay that way There is a bug here so I am glad I am not alone. As it is their is no point in optimizing any more until it works Looks like that bug is fixed now. Not so relevant for sales, but it was definitely a bug. As am update my point 2 looks fixed and now optimised photos are now not in good discoverability
