  1. Good afternoon, I've recently uploaded quite a few images via Alamy Live News, they got accepted and it's all good. However, they are all automatically tagged as RM, and I want to sell those under RF on other stock agencies. What is the best course of action, delete them all, upload them again as RF (and therefore changing the caption in the process), or simply changing from RM to RF? There's a tag "news image" I've never seen before I don't think. PS - If I try to delete the images, I get this warning: So I guess deleting is pointless as I'd be duplicati
  2. More is better in this case then. Alright, thanks everyone.
  3. That's what I've been doing until now, picking them individually. I was just wondering if there was a way to auto-pick, or make the process any faster, I guess there isn't. Thanks though.
  4. I'm not trolling at all. How tedious the work to pick them is I guess is subjective
  5. Is there an easy way to pick the 10 supertags though? Thanks for the reply.
  6. Thanks Vincent, I appreciate the response. I don't think I can be bothered either to do supertags, there's already so much to tick and select and whatnot, and I don't even have that many images, I can't imagine what it's like for someone like you with roughly 20k images. Thanks again!
  7. Hello everyone, Exactly how important are supertags, are they mandatory and/or worth it? Is there an easier way to pick 10, or does it have to be manually one by you? Quite tedious work if it's not important. Appreciate any response.
  8. Hey everyone, I understand now that payments can take a while to clear (at least 45 days in my experience). I just had a sale pop-up with this information: Country: United Kingdom Usage: Editorial Media: Newspaper - national Print run: up to 2 million Placement: Inside and online Image Size: 1/4 page Start: 01 November 2017 End: 02 November 2017 Any placement in paper and online. One use in a single editorial article used within the print and digital versions of a single publication. Digital usage includes archive rights for the lifetime of the article.
  9. PS - very jealous of your football pictures. Being on the pitch watching the king sport and photographing it must be heaven, at least that's how I imagine it. Sad to see Robben retire, what a legend.
  10. Going slightly off topic, but is there a way to see who purchased the image, other than having luck finding your image with a reverse image search? Thank you for your reply. Back home, the worst client when it comes to paying fast would be the government Nice one. I'll be patient then, have to adjust to this reality. Thanks for the reply Rick.
  11. Not on this field I wasn't, hence I asked the question. Thanks for the reply.
  12. Sorry, what does mean? Buy now, pay later? Like old school food markets where one would note it down on a paper and collect at the end of the month?
  13. Thank you for the reply. I assume the latter could be months and months? Seems odd to me an online purchase could take so long to clear.
  14. Good afternoon, If there anywhere where one can find out when a balance will be cleared. Made a sale over 1 month ago and still waiting for it to be cleared. Thank you.
  15. Pictures do seem to be updating in the gallery at least, but not on the dashboard.
  16. I guess it's the same for all then, regardless of having the new image manager or not. Thanks.
  17. Good morning, Anyone still using the old image manager noticing that images are taking quite a long time to appear online (for sale) on the gallery after having been categorized, keyworded etc? On the dashboard page, the images on sale, images not ready etc is also not updating.
