  1. Thank you all for replying, very helpful indeed.
  2. I have a question re DACS claims. It's my understanding that it can only be claimed for books, magazines and TV publications within the UK. From the sales report, how do I work out where the magazine or book was published? Would it be under license details or the region column? I've had a few magazine/ book licenses where under license details it states 'Country: worldwide' but then under Region it states 'UK'. Will those be included in the DACS claim? Thank you.

  4. I personally don't have any issues with it but I think some other contributors have had problems like this. If you search the forum, you'll find some discussions about this, as for example here. Not sure whether there is a solution to the issue but you could always email the Contributor Relations team to make them aware of it.
  5. In July it was 0.82, August so far it stands at 0.62 so it's going down. My average CTR for the year is 0.59

  7. Okay thanks, that explains why it has to be an RM image.
  8. Just out of curiosity, does it have to be an RM image or could one choose an RF image? Would there be a difference in results?
  9. The total zoom count is only for the last 12 months so the data resets every beginning of the month which is why the zoom count reduces. So basically as we are beginning a new month, the dashboard data now counts from 01/08/2017, so the zooms you've had in July 2017 are not included anymore.
  10. 2 direct sales for a gross total of $85 good month by my standards
  11. Your image appears a little further down the article with credit given to your name and Alamy. I haven't got a paid subscription with the Times but I did sign up for a free short term trial in the past so maybe you can do the same. I would send you a screenshot but I'm not sure how I can send it to you through this forum.

  13. I think it can take a long time for zooms to turn into sales. And some zooms never turn into sales as well as there are some sales that have never been zoomed. I've had one image licensed in April this year which was zoomed last year August (although it might not be related) and one image licensed in June which was zoomed in January. So it can take several months between a zoom and a sale showing up. But then I've also had a sale which was zoomed the day before but I think that's pretty rare.

  18. Ah okay sorry I thought UK Bank holidays would be quiet. Good to know that potentially sales could pop in today.
  19. Hopefully there will be a month end surge over the next three days. Bank Holiday today in the UK so expect no sales will be reported today.
  20. Once you have the report in Excel I think you could use the COUNTIF function to count how many times an image has been sold. But it will also return refunds.
  21. Thanks very much for your reply John, that's very helpful. I will look into the hybrid versions to find out more about it.
