  3. It happens a lot, can't quantify it exactly, but I see it on a daily basis. Seems to happen particularly with words from the caption that are not in keywords, but are necessary in the caption. As we're all in the same boat I don't worry about it Phil
  4. Offer them a very specific license to use in exchange for access, maybe one use in a brochure or website, and explain that if they want to do more then they have to negotiate a new licence.

  6. Someone reported recently that sales were being reported from older dates due to Alamy auditing some customers and discovering old unreported uses. Could this be one of them?
  7. Yes, in manage images go to attributes, say it's released then you'll be prompted to add one.
  8. First edit from every shoot gets rid of all the obvious dross, Second edit whittles down to keepers, then in final process more get dumped! It's a wonder I've any left Phil
  9. Can't say I've found a subject I avoid, more situations. If someone specifically makes it clear they don't want to be photographed then I respect their wishes.

  12. Confused.com I'm on Lightroom 5.3, when I click on "Check for updates" under the Help menu it says I'm up to date. Has the 5.4 been released everywhere yet? And, if so why is it telling me I'm up to date? Phil
