  1. I wouldn't call it a surge, more like situation normal. It is though always refreshing to see $180 per image.
  2. Alamy used to make me happy, back in the day when we got 70% of the sale & the average sale was $150. Where did it all go wrong?

  4. As others have said good accurate keywording is essential to buyers seeing your images. Your images are saleable but your keywording is poor, very few of your images have a location or even country e.g. america, US, USA. Make your captions a readable descriptive sentence. The Constant Angler
  5. Richard, that's 40M divided by 34,000 which averages out at 1,176 per photographer. J
  6. You don't say if the batch of images passed QC, "image processing error" is at Alamy's end and doesn't affect your upload, just upload the image again. That's from my experience anyway but others may have an alternative view. J
  7. Shoot the subject matter that interests you and for once I agree with KM make pictures rather than just take them. The Constant Angler
  8. Had two refunds totalling $199 which sent me into negative total sales this month for the first time ever, disappointing, discouraging, but not the end of the world.
  9. $1 / image / year is about right for me and has been reasonably consistent over the last 10 years.
  10. Good spot incamerstock, certainly an issue for me with multiple pseudonyms. Hope Alamy revert MI back to a pre change situation.
  11.
