  1. Hi, last year my desktop crashed and I had to start over with it. No problem I thought, all my photos are also on my laptop. Turns out some weren't :-( 16 of the lost photos are on Alamy, so I have 2 questions for the forum: 1. Is there a way of downloading my photos from Alamy without having to pay? 2. If not, will not having the original files cause problems if any of them sell?
  2. hi, thanks for all the replies. I've decided to give ViceVersa Pro a try as it seems to do what I want and I can try it for free for thirty days. I'll report back on how I get on with it.
  3. Hi, thanks for the reply. Also needed for commercial sales as well. I've found the form for the release, it appears to be set for one picture at a time (there's a space at the top to put a photo), surely I don't have to have a release for each picture of the same property do I?
  4. Hi, I have three copies of all my photographs. On my laptop, on my desktop and on a portable hard drive. In the event of a catastrophe I should always have a copy. I've also started moving images to Flicker. The problem is, if I work on my images on one computer how do I keep the other copies up to date? I know it can be done manually but its pretty laborious. Can anyone recommend a better way of doing it?
  5. Hi, I'm sure this has come up 100's of times in the forum but a search didn't work for me. Do I need some sort of release for pictures of pets? If so which type?
