  1. I have more RM than RF however easily everyday duplicated I tend to do RF. The other day I had a RF sale for $206 which had it been RM would never had obtained that value kevin
  2. Thanks for finding that. Funny thing is the portrait version of this popped in as a sale today also for a marketing package use excluding advertising Kevin
  3. age fotostock is the Spanish distributor of alamy so its strange it shows up on alamys search. They should not be listing on alamy. if the customer clicks on theirs you get less
  4. To add to that not only billing them for the misuse from the date of misuse but the fees that were in place then. A few years back I found a newspaper use , which was a couple of years old that had never been reported. When it was used it was when we received decent prices for licences to newspapers. However when I reported it the only fee I received was that which was now in place . So they got it at a massively reduced fee to what they should have paid at the time of the use Kevin
  5. I actually had a book title given for the first time Country: WorldwideUsage: EditorialMedia: Book, print and/or e-bookPrint run: up to 5,000Placement: InsideImage Size: 1 pageStart: 27 November 2018End: 27 November 2023Duration - 7 years; Title: Corporate America: Johnson & Johnson
  6. Totally agree. What you may lose out on is less that what alamy will take kevin
  7. Thanks for your input. I have started but I think its going to take ages . I will stick with it and see how it goes. I guess I have more time on my hands since I gave up going out to shoot just to shoot photos. With the sale prices these days I cant justify the time effort or expense. I only take photos away from home if I am going somewhere for another purpose and take the camera with me kevin
  8. I have in the region of 12800 images on here. I would like to know how many of you with say 5000+ images bothered to go back and applied the new AIM (supertage, tags etc) to your existing images or did you just leave them to what transferred over and just apply them to newly uploaded images. To go back and apply the new details to 12000+ is an awful lot of time. I started but thought is it really worth it Kevin
  9. Not always. I sold 4 PU licences in one go of the same meds pack. I thought.... here we go, refund. Then later I sold 3 prints of the same med pack. Then later another 3 PU licences. all months apart. OK, not all great prices but add them all together and was not bad. all the same photo. Maybe all the same customer. Not sure what they were up to but it put a fair bit in my pocket
  10. Things are getting better??? When an alamy print sells for less than personal use fee then things really are downhill. And I had 4 of them
  11. Is the value of the sales worth the value of your equipment and yourself? That's the only question I would ask myself. Yes you could say that you have the total right to be there and take photos but is it worth it. I think you have answered the questioned yourself by thinking of taking "hired help" so to speak Just my thoughts Personally, I wouldn't bother Kevin
  12. My suggestion would be to email alamy and inform them and ask them to pass on what you have done to the appropriate department Kevin
  13. I will not name her but the amount of times I see a certain weatherwatcher from Twickenham credited with her photos I scream at the TV. It cracks my wife up. Her photos must be used at least 4 out of 7 days per week. For god sake woman, do not give your photos away for nothing!!!. She is obviously a keen photographer for the amount of photos she sends in That's my rant for the day Kevin
