  1. Is there a way to download a sales report as a PDF or Excel file? I'm only able to download a CSV file and DACS asks for PDF or Excel.
  2. Thank you. Since I 'm kind of incompetent with computers, it looks to me like the solutions are too complicated, so I'll keep on clicking and clicking, and clicking...
  3. Is there a way to select multiple keywords from a picture to copy them to a second image at the same time, instead of clicking on one keyword at the time?
  4. I found some of my images on this website http://www.wallskid.com/, with the Alamy watermark still on. Images that have never been sold, I want to report the site to Alamy, but I can't find any contact detail, so Alamy won't pursue it. Anyone has contact details or experience with wallskid.com?
  5. I had exactly the same number of sales as for 2016. For 35% less money.
  6. Thank you all, your answers are very helpful. Wiskerke, I'll check my browser.
  7. I just connected a new Benq 2700PT computer screen to my latop which I've been using to edit my pictures for 3 years. I realize that many of my pics on Alamy seem oversaturated on this new screen (I adjusted it as well as I could, without a calibrating device). If any of you could take a minute to look at a few of my pictures, I would appreciate to obtain feedback (mainly to know if some images are oversaturated to the point that I could lose sales). Thanks
  8. Hi, I just got a personal use sale for an image which was zoomed yesterday. Am I wrong to think that Alamy only recorded data from regular customers and that a ''regular customer'' doesn't usually buy images for personal use?
  9. Never upload pictures on the internet. It consumes precious energy.
  10. Yes, but the image from which I want to copy the keywords is way way down the list (it was uploaded a few years ago), and I don't know how to access both images on the same page.
  11. Another question about the fantastic and marvelous new image manager: Let's say that I just uploaded an image for which I would like to copy the keywords of another of my pictures that was uploaded a long time ago, how do I proceed? Thank you in advance...
  12. It would be so much easier and faster to use the IM if the keywords appeared in alphabetical order. Why isn't it so?
  13. Is there a way to have the tags sorted in alphabetical order in the image manager?
  14. When I copy tags from one image to another, I sometimes need to remove the star as I don't want the tag to be a supertag for that specific image. So I click on the star to remove it and the IM reacts as if I'm trying to delete the tag. What am I doing wrong?
  15. In 2015, 20 of my images were sold for a total of 1217$. I had 6 sales in January 2016, amounting to $700.32 (with one 5.32$ distributor sale). So far so good.
  16. After sending a request about an unauthorized usage of one of my Alamy pics, I received this answer from member services: "We’ve just noticed that this usage is outside our territories in which we can chase." The picture is appearing on the website of a "virtual shopping mall" based in India. Is it worth chasing or will I only be losing my time doing it?
  17. "My first sale of the year popped up today and, guess what, it's one of those much-discussed and much-missed $180 book licenses. :D" Same thing here, on January 4th.
  18. I sent an email to Alamy about an unreported usage of one of my pictures and the form was attached to their reply.
  19. I have sent a dozen claims for unauthorized usages of my pictures to Alamy since the form was made available. I'm hoping for results since my sales have been plumetting to depressing levels during the last months. Does anybody know if Alamy seems to be successful in retrieving the money owed for those stolen images? Thank you.
  20. Country: Mexico Usage: Editorial Media: Magazine - print, digital and electronic Print run: up to 10,000 Placement: Inside Image Size: 1 page Start: 01 December 2014 End: 01 December 2019 Flat rate per image. Duration: 1 month. $ 20.00 Not quite as bad as your lease, but I'll be left with $6 since it's a distributor sale. And the image size is 1page...
  21. To those who received a payment: did you get an email fram DACS informing you that the money was transferred into your account?
