  1. Didn't know that... will have to investigate. Thanks 😁
  2. Apologies if this has been covered before. Trying to keep up with the modern world...I have a presence on Instagram but so far have not uploaded any images (don't have an iPhone) and only follow a handful of contributors. Was wondering if it was worth including a link to my Alamy page (e.g. under 'website link' (don't have my own website)? If it is (good idea) where's the best place to find the link? Regards Jeff

  4. Here I am https://www.alamy.com/portfolio/114745.html
  5. Just one question...does anything I uploaded prior to Feb 2019 earn 50/50 ( wasn't there a de facto contract?) Or does everything on the Alamy database get the 40/60 treatment? There definitely needs to be some form of incentive... just slashing your arm doesn't address the situation.. eventually Alamy will bleed out!
  6. Why would you need a model release if the hand can't be identified?...all very confusing!
  7. Yes, me too...though I doubt it will even pay for a cup of coffee...perhaps someone from Alamy reads these threads after all!!!
  8. I have sales that remain uncleared since c June 2018...do some customers have credit lines? I would have expected Alamy to demand payment upfront, especially when these are relatively small amounts?
