Measures broken?

Recommended Posts

Not been able to access measures for several days - always get this -

Server Error in '/alamysearchhistory' Application. Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File --><configuration>    <system.web>        <customErrors mode="Off"/>    </system.web></configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File --><configuration>    <system.web>        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>    </system.web></configuration>

Thanks for mentioning this problem David.  Measures hasn't consistently gone to the 'server error' page when I've tried to access it over the past couple of days

but it has happened many times. I managed to use it to check search terms if I kept on trying.

Mine worked last time I tried but the figures for yesterday were unusually low (about 20-25% of a typical weekday).

Was looking at individual days this week to check that statement and have had the problem again, refreshed the page and it said no data for that day (Sunday)which is possible but I wonder if they might be in process of restoring data.

Ben unable to search under "My Images" or "All of Alamy" today.

Further, my "Your Sales" record has not updated since two sales came in two days ago. They have registered in Sales History, but not elsewhere.

I'm still getting the error.  I'm on a Mac and use Safari but I just checked and its the same problem on Firefox.  I can't narrow down the information by date, by zooms, or anything, without getting the error.
