Ilya Genkin Posted November 21, 2017 Share Posted November 21, 2017 I've got one large panorama that Alamy fails to process. It's right after FTP upload and before QC check. It's a JPG file with LESS than 65,535 pexels on the longest side. Tried to save JPG as "Baseline Standard" and "Baseline Optimized" - no difference, still this one particular file fails right after upload. All other files from all other batches were processed without any issues. Anything I can check or do to fix the issue? I know it's probably not enough info but it's kind strange thing.
