Sorry can't help you further than the info already supplied, it was spotted on the Sunday Times web site, so possibly not in the printed version. I no longer have access to that edition, they only provide access to the the last 6 days. I do remember seeing your photo however.

Just put a note in your calendar to notify MS if the sale doesn't report within about 3 months. It can take that long.

Yes, it can take that long so maybe worth a try, but you will need evidence, they won't accept a report from this thread ( I know from personal experience!).  

 

You normally have to provide a screenshot, or have the printed copy.

Not sure that they will bother to look without the evidence Mark, but do correct me if I am wrong. I tried to chase a usage ages ago, on the basis of these threads ( and it was one of my own spots!) but drew a blank.
