RF was designed and was intended to be reused without restriction.Creating a new RF licence WITH restrictions is rather different from somebody misusing/misunderstanding an RM licence. But again, this only affects historic users. New buyers won't have a clue what RF was, historically, 'intended to be used' for. I'd bet a lot would think, as I thought originally (before selling stock myself), 'royalty-free' meant 'free of royalties', i.e. 'free'. I'd hope that Alamy would have informed historic buyers of the changes they chose to make. I don't know that, nor do I know how much effort they make to educate new buyers.
