Boehoe, I don't get it :( What does Allan mean  Does "Pongo" has a special meaning in English? Is it a brand of shower gel?  I really don't get it

Cheers,

Philippe

A "pong" is a bad smell. So, "Pongo", someone who smells. Also a dog in a Disney film. Or a soldier according the the RN and RAF (I didn't know that one).

Eagle eyes... It was definitely a refreshing most un-PC show.

I also went to a croc place where one was called Madonna.

Aussies like their fun.

A few Live News photos from today. I'm pleased with them and the camera processing did a fairly decent job, for a change (some a little dark).  :)

Still trying to get to grips with macro. So far, happy with very few images, so most are binned. Happy with this one, so uploaded. Common subject, Common garden spider, Araneus diadematus, shown against the petals of a red flower. Taken outside my front door, so kept the overheads down!

Trying to be a little different. Does it work? I'm in 2 minds if such an image at such an angle would ever be wanted.

It's shocking and sad but with a madman at the helm, it seem appropriate.

Very grainy live news pic, but I like it because the front of the dress was quite plain and unremarkable. When the model turned round, the back(side) got a round of applause.
