Many familiar names in the photo credits of this book

1,000 Places to See in the United States and Canada Before You Die

and probably more in the various other editions.  They have made it easy and listed all the Alamy contributors together

Thanks for reporting this :)   Just out of curiosity because you've said p14 - did you see it in the print version or online?   I did see mine was used online but I had a look in the paper, and page 14 is a weather photo but not mine and not alamy.  I was wondering if there were maybe different editions (mine was bought in Scotland), or whether it was online only.  Thanks, Kay

Hi Kay,

Definitely in the print edition down here in London - as you say, probably different editions of the paper.

A bunch of alamy photo credits in this book found while looking for myself

BTW since not all pages are accessible for digital books, how can you find out which image was used in the publication?

Alas, I think there is no alternative to finding a physical copy and leafing through it. Be thankful for libraries and Waterstones (and all good bookshops). We should support them with our custom while we still can.

One of mine falling under the category of poor discoverability.

Well done!

Yeah, I think the whole discoverability thing is completely irrelevant and unnecessary. Why Alamy has invented this rubbish is beyond me.
