KODAKovic Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 Hi all, this morning i'm trying to upload via ftp some images after my account has been frozen for 1 week due to Alamy QC failures. I'm still receiving Error 550 access denied on my FTP client even though i've received the "unfrozen" email from Alamy and i properly have the "Upload" blue button on my dashboard. May be that's the reason why last time (just 1 day after they introduced the new IM) i was able to FTP even if i had been frozen (i didn't wait 1 day since the "frozen" status and they allowed me to upload properly).
