Modulo camera could provide unbounded HDR photography

Recommended Posts

Wow. I want one. But I think I'd have to sell my house to buy it.

Not me. Glad I probably won't be around when photography will be done by robots. Then again, you could argue that "robotic vision" has already arrived. Lately, I've been thinking that I might like to go back to sketching. Still have my art pad and pencils.

Modulo camera technology has potential to transform photography:

According to the hype elsewhere, it's going to have to wait until the light-field cameras transform photography first . . .

WOW,  The Tech behind this is "HOT"  Brilliant idea and application.

Sort of makes my D800s look out of date?

Chuck, I certainly wouldn't be chucking out my D800 for a while . . . quite a while I'd guess. As I alluded to above, the totally over-hyped light-field camera transformation of photography-as-we-know-it has to occur first
