PatrioticAlien Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 Earlier today i uploaded a new batch, uploaded all fine - no issues. It completed i opened a new tab as i normally do, then decided to check, out of curiosity. Nothing is showing for today. I then Waited a few hours, even logged in on a new device and nothing is showing up in "Track Submissions" So i uploaded it again, assuming they must of got lost, same thing happened again. The really interesting thing is: the reference is still 100% the same as before. However, this is a new upload;- so it should be a new reference number. Is anyone else having the same issue? Phil Crean Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 Ok, so I uploaded the 14 that MS said they hadn't received plus another 8; total 22. Track subs now shows 36 awaiting QC….. Looks like the 14 from yesterday did go through and have been included in the same upload I did today…Now got 14 duplicates in the queue... Mine have gone back to awaiting qc, i'm sure yours are as well. my batch i uploaded with 15 yesterday, have now turned into 52... I uploaded a batch of 25 last week. Track Images reported that 46 had been uploaded. However, when they passed QC, only the original 25 I uploaded appeared - no duplicates. I've had this. When I uploaded my first 4 photos, they didn't appear in 'Track Submissions'.. so I tried again another 6 times using different browsers and even a different computer. I ended up having a submission with 28 images and QC failed it stating that I had duplicate photos. I emailed support to say explain what happened and my next 4 images were processed super fast and passed QC. So I've learnt that if your submission doesn't appear in 'Track Submissions' or appears with the wrong number of photos then the thing to do is just be patient and wait for the gremlins to sort themselves out.
