Time to vote folks.

I've shortlisted on the basis of me not knowing why I like an image too. So you have to vote the same way. Or something.

Anyhow, you have until midnight on Friday 6th March to vote.

The shortlist is:

I like two finalists for unknown reasons, and I like them equally.

So, until I cast my vote, perhaps neither AND both of those finalists have my vote,

or perhaps not.

Actually he would have liked it and not liked it at the same time until asked whereupon the wave function would have collapsed.

That's probably true, but then maybe it isn't.

Hmm. Uncertainty. Paging Dr Heisenberg!

Are you certain he's still around?

Not to do with comp but I like YOUR new picture Ann. ;)

Allan

Thank you, Allan!

/After a friend came over and tamed my hair (as trial run for my daughter's wedding later this month) I took photos of her. Then we switched places, and I had her 'place the red square over my eye' and click.../

Yeah, I like your new pic and hair too, Ann. The hair says action! Since I've been cutting my own hair I look as if I've been gang raped in prison . . . hence the cap.

Thank you, Edo, and I plan to borrow your "hair says action!"

And whatever the backstory of your haberdashery, your taste in caps is world class!

Steady, mate. It's all relative.

Actually I am finding this all Strange, Up and Down in fact. Just need more Charm to get to Top and Bottom of this subject.

"I don't know why I like it but I do" is rather quarky, isn't it?

I was thinking exactly the same as Allan, but about 14 hours too late!

I was going to make a comment but think I am out of my depth

Kumar

What an elegant way, Kumar, to make a comment about not making a comment about how you are or aren't out of your depth.

And I see the two images I was so torn between are now tied with each other - so each is both winning and not winning - at the moment.

Aaaaaand....

...the uncertainty is over. Maria's quantum cat pipped Reimar's blurred gull at the last.

Congratulations to Maria and thanks to all who took part. Some great images again for us all to look at.

So it's over to Maria to choose a topic for March's challenge. If Maria really exists, that is...
