The Upload button doesn't respond, and the Overview & Account Settings views are blank. Anyone else experiencing this? - Ann In Chrome browser, page looks fine. I think that's likely as yesterday when I was using Firefox on a PC to access MyAlamy info I got a pop up message to update my Flash player. MDM - thank you for suggestion: Firefox - plugins: Shockwave Flash --> Always Activate is chosen Browser and all plugins are up-to-date, and I'm not aware of changing any setting for months. MDM Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Ok I've no idea then. Alamy dashboard is working fine on my Mac in Firefox and Safari. The reason I said this was I think there was a security problem with Flash a few weeks ago and Firefox was blocking it and giving a message about an outdated plugin.. MariaJ Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 I just tested mine on my Mac with Firefox (previously tested on a PC) and it was working fine. Then after moving through the web pages like Manage Images etc, I got the spinning beach ball, followed by the message that the Adobe Flash plugin has crashed, and the reload the page to try again. Which I did and now it's working again. So I think something must not be right with the Flash.
