DDoug
I was advised yesterday to uninstall Flash until there is a fix for a security vulnerability which was confirmed by Adobe and PCWorld: http://blogs.adobe.com/psirt/http://www.pcworld.com/article/2878792/flash-player-plagued-by-third-zeroday-flaw-in-a-month-updates-coming.html So now it's impossible to manage my images on Alamy. Presumably it'll be fixed soon, but an alternative to Flash would be nice.
Jill Morgan
The articles only mention Firefox and Internet Explorer, so perhaps switch to Chrome. I use Chrome, so perhaps that is why I haven't been advised of anything. Jill
DDoug
Excellent! Thanks, Jill. It works in Chrome even though I've uninstalled Flash from the system control panel.
Jill Morgan
Chrome has flash built in, so that might be why there isn't the same issue. Jill

Lee RebelT2i
I'm a new contributor & am having a problem with uploading. Five of my photos went through and are on sale now, but subsequently my uploads either fail after 5 tries or a message "cannot connect to Alamy" appears. All the photos come from the same camera & same Photoshop software, & all are above the minimum size. Any ideas as to what's happening? I did buy a new iMac & have tried uploading via Chrome & Safari, with no luck. Any help from you seasoned contributors would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Lee
